It was Saturday morning and Wordle 238 was fresh. I typed in my starting word. Hesitantly, I typed in my go to second word. The result? Three yellow letters and one green!
I like to type in the letters, using Q as my proxy for letters that I don’t know. Maybe I should go with Z or X in the future. Q actually worked for once. I felt that little rush, I hit enter, and watched as I had three yellow letters and one green. At least I now had a better idea of where the letters weren’t.
Fourth guess wasn’t an issue. I broke the pattern of letter placement I’d been using and found the only possible solution there could be. Right?
